We hope to post information on the fire in a few days, as you can imagine we've been busy dealing with the aftermath of the fire. --- A fire burned the building that housed Project Esperanza and 3 other businesses on Septemeber 8th, 1999.
Update January 23, 2000
Now that we have the link working, we'll try in the next week or so bring everyone up to date with everything that has been going on during the past 4 months. Yesterday we moved back into our rebuilt office after spending the last 4 months in temporary quarters.
LATIN CARNIVAL 2000
It is a fund raiser for Project Esperanza and there will be some exciting things for everyone who can attend. We hope you can participate. The date is March 3rd, the time is from 8 PM until 2 AM. It is being held at the Cityplace Conference Center located at 2711 North Haskell in Dallas, Texas. It is a costume (optional) party with Latin music, dancing and a silent auction. The tickets are $25 per person.
